Project Manager

Advanced Window, Inc. is seeking an experienced Storefront / Curtain Wall Project Manager to manage commercial projects from planning through completion. This role oversees schedules, budgets, materials, labor, and client communication to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.What You'll DoDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving.Perform material takeoffs, order materials, negotiate with vendors, and schedule labor.Manage project budgets, track expenses, and work with the finance team to address cost discrepancies.Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress and ensure installations meet design specifications and industry standards.Serve as the primary client contact, providing progress updates and resolving questions or concerns.Identify potential project risks and address issues that could affect schedules, costs, or quality.Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.Ensure project documentation meets applicable legal and regulatory requirements.What We're Looking ForProven project management experience with storefront and curtain wall projects.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with clients, field crews, and internal teams.Familiarity with construction project management software and tools.Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred.Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required.
