Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lithia Springs, GA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (In Office)
Pay: $17.00/hr
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for a client in the Lithia Springs, GA area. This in-office, business-to-business customer service role involves supporting client accounts, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of service for business customers. The ideal candidate has prior B2B customer service experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from business customers
  • Process and track customer orders, inquiries, and requests
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Provide product and account information to business clients
Must Haves
  • Prior business-to-business (B2B) customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in office, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Proficient with computer systems and data entry
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with CRM or order management software
  • Prior experience in a call center or account management environment
