Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an affordable multifamily community in Denver. You will manage rents, collections, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management to ensure HUD guidelines are followed. You will lead staff, process applications and recertifications, and monitor budget and cash flow.
