Benefits: 401(k) Paid time off About the Role: MKK EXPRESS INC is looking for a reliable and motivated Port Truck Driver to join our growing team in Walnut, CA. If you're an experienced driver who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and takes pride in on-time delivery, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Transport shipping containers and cargo between ports, rail yards, warehouses, and distribution centers Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure DOT compliance and safety Coordinate with dispatch and port personnel for pickup and drop-off scheduling Navigate port terminals, including check-in/check-out procedures and gate transactions Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and electronic documentation Ensure cargo is properly secured and all load requirements are met Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic and transportation regulations Requirements: Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) required minimum of 2 years of Class A CDL experiance required Current TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) required Previous port drayage or intermodal trucking experience strongly preferred Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety Ability to navigate busy port terminals and meet tight delivery windows Familiarity with DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance Strong communication skills and ability to work independently About Us: MKK EXPRESS INC is a trusted trucking and logistics company based in Walnut, CA, dedicated to delivering excellence in port drayage and freight transportation.
