   • Diagnosing malfunctions using specialized tools and testing devices, disassembling appliances, and identifying defective parts
   • Repairing or replacing components , adjusting settings, and performing routine maintenance such as cleaning filters, oiling parts, and checking gas connections.
   • Installing new appliances and ensuring proper operation
   • Communicating with customers , explaining problems, repair processes, costs, and advising on proper appliance use.
   • Maintaining accurate records of parts used, hours worked, and services performed
   • Staying updated on new appliance technologies and repair techniques through training or workshops
2. • Technical skills in electrical and mechanical systems, including the ability to read schematics and technical manuals
   • Problem-solving and diagnostic abilities to identify and fix appliance issues efficiently.
   • Customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients
   • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy appliances and work in various environments
   • Education : High school diploma or equivalent; technical training, apprenticeship, or certification in appliance repair is preferred
   • Licenses : A valid driver’s license and car insurance
