Emergency Room Nurse

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room and Swing Bed care for night shift duties. The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care, patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. This role demands strong communication and teamwork skills, with at least 2 years of relevant nursing experience required. Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room and Swing Bed units during night shifts.
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Manage case documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital, home health, or hospice nursing experience.
• Clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work if required.

• Experience in Emergency Room and Swing Bed patient care.
• Additional certifications relevant to critical care or emergency nursing.

• Night shift work in an Emergency Room and Swing Bed environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure setting.
• Strong collaboration with patients, providers, and team members is critical.

• Night shift schedule with specific hours assigned by the facility.
• Shift patterns may include weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations as required.
