Warehouse Associate - Days

$22.44 per hour

Cencora seeks a warehouse associate for day shifts at its Des Moines distribution facility. The role involves order fulfillment, inventory management, and product handling in a pharmaceutical distribution environment.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders; stock and restock inventory
Perform daily cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
Verify received products against documents and report damages or discrepancies
Operate tracking equipment to monitor and verify products for distribution
Maintain clean work area and follow safety protocols for pharmaceutical handling

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Less than 2 years warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience
Knowledge of warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping
Understanding of inventory control and cold chain handling for sensitive products
Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records in warehouse systems
Safe material handling practices and warehouse equipment operation
CSCP certification or equivalent preferred

Compensation: $22.44 starting wage, up to $25.34 with shift differentials and performance incentives; $2,000 sign-on bonus
