We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Entry-Level IT Recruiter .

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just an entry-level job. You do not need previous recruiting experience to be successful in this position. We are open to recent college graduates as well as motivated professionals who have taken a different career path and may not have a four-year degree.

What You'll Do

You will learn how to identify, engage, evaluate, and recruit technology professionals for opportunities with our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Finding qualified IT professionals using LinkedIn, job boards, AI tools, our recruiting database, and other sourcing methods
• Speaking with candidates by phone, video, email, and LinkedIn to learn about their experience and career goals
• Developing relationships with technology professionals and building a network of candidates
• Learning how to evaluate resumes and understand different IT positions, technologies, and skill sets
• Using AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with research, candidate sourcing, communication, resume analysis, and recruiting workflows
• Writing candidate outreach messages and following up with prospective candidates
• Interviewing and screening candidates before presenting them for opportunities
• Coordinating interviews and helping candidates navigate the hiring process
• Learning the business side of staffing and professional recruiting
• Working toward individual recruiting and performance goals

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, business development, fundraising, or another people-oriented position can be especially valuable, but it is not required.

A college degree is not required . We care much more about your potential, communication ability, intelligence, work ethic, and desire to build a career.

What You'll Learn

You don't need to come in knowing the difference between a Data Engineer, Software Developer, Cybersecurity Engineer, or IT Support Specialist. We will teach you.

You will learn how to:

• Recruit and evaluate technology professionals
• Understand technical job requirements and IT terminology
• Source candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
• Use AI to become a more efficient and effective recruiter
• Conduct professional candidate interviews
• Build and maintain a professional network
• Manage candidates throughout an interview and hiring process
• Develop the communication, sales, and relationship-building skills that can lead to a successful career in recruiting
