Senior Project Manager

Role: Senior Project Manager leading internal and external projects within a biopharma or technology context, focusing on project delivery, resource planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities: oversee project lifecycle from design to deployment, manage teams, develop project scope, schedule, and budgets, facilitate meetings, track project metrics, and ensure client satisfaction; support business development through RFPs and relationship building. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; 10+ years of project management or IT experience; PMP certification; strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; knowledge of PMBOK, Six Sigma, and ITIL a plus. High-Value: experience managing complex projects, cross-functional team leadership, scope includes IT/technology deployment, risk management, client engagement, and process improvement, with a focus on technology and operational excellence in a remote Southern California setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
