Night Warehouse Supervisor

Night Shift Supervisor Pay: $28–$31/hr Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 AM–11:30 AM (OT as need) Position Summary Seeking an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to oversee overnight food production and warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, food safety compliance, quality standards, and team performance. Responsibilities Supervise and support night shift employees. Ensure production goals, staffing needs, and daily operations are met. Enforce food safety standards (HACCP, FSMA, cGMPs, SSOPs) and OSHA requirements. Monitor product quality, inventory levels, and warehouse organization. Operate and oversee safe use of stand-up forklifts. Address operational issues, employee concerns, and communicate shift updates to management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous supervisory experience required. Experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments preferred. Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety regulations. Stand-up forklift experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Certifications OSHA Food Safety/Sanitation CPR/BLS Work Environment Fast-paced food production and warehouse setting with refrigerated areas. Requires standing, walking, and flexibility for overtime and overnight shifts.
