Responsibilities Assesses physical, psychosocial, educational and growth and development needs of the patient. Develops a written plan of care using assessment data. Implements nursing care plan on assigned patients. Evaluates patient's response to interventions. Demonstrates Leadership Skills Assists in organizing Patient Care Activities Qualifications Education: Graduate of Registered Nurse Program. Periop 101 Program or comparable Experience: Minimum of One year as an RN or previous Scrub Tech experience License:
