The Role We are looking for a Social Media & Content Editor to produce the content that explains what Midas is building. You will write, design, and animate across our channels, turning complex onchain products into content that is clear, credible, and visually sharp. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move between a blank document and Figma without dropping quality in either. You will sit in the marketing team and report to the Marketing Lead, working closely with design, legal, and product to keep everything accurate and on brand. What You'll Do Produce recurring content explaining Midas's core systems and products and underlying strategies Contribute to Midas's social channels, adapting between an institutional brand voice and a punchier founder voice Create visuals and graphics in Figma, working within the Midas brand system Produce short-form animations and motion graphics for social and product launches Turn product updates, launches, and partner news into clear posts, threads, and assets Work within our messaging and compliance guidelines, routing claims and figures for sign-off before anything goes live What We're Looking For One to three years in a social, content, or multimedia role, ideally in crypto, fintech, TradFi or DeFi Strong writing in English, with the range to adopt different voices Proficiency in Figma and a sharp visual eye Hands-on animation and motion skills (After Effects or equivalent) Fluency with crypto-native social platforms, particularly X, and a working understanding of onchain and DeFi Accuracy and care: you read the brief, follow the guidelines, and sweat the details A portfolio showing writing, design, and motion work Familiarity with real-world assets and tokenisation Why Midas Fast-growing startup at the cutting edge of tokenization and DeFi, with real products, real revenue and real traction ($500M+ TVL) Direct ownership of a content pillar, with room to grow Competitive salary Category-defining product with $2B+ issued and live integrations across Aave, Morpho, Pendle and Ledger World-class team with operators from Goldman Sachs, Ondo Finance, and top crypto-native firms Remote-first, outcome-driven culture with London/Berlin hubs and regular team offsites Open, transparent culture where your ideas matter Midas
