CNC Programmer

Benefits: Health (No high-deductible), Dental, Vision, PTO (Yr 1), 401k Match, Parental Leave. We are hiring a veteran Senior CNC Machinist/Programmer for our R&D prototyping team. This role owns projects from blueprint to completion in a supportive, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

• Program 3 & 4-axis CNC mills/lathes with live tooling using ESPRIT TNG.

• Set up, run, and document complex R&D prototype jobs.

• Teach and mentor junior programmers to elevate shop performance.

• Partner with management to ensure tight schedules and high quality.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of full-time CNC prototyping/R&D experience.

• Expert ESPRIT TNG programming skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, instructions, prints, or samples and ensure the optimal process to produce part/ parts in a timely manner 

• Ability and willingness to create and maintain documentation such as work instructions, process drawings, and tool sheets 

• Accurately record machining times and set up times 

• Teach and mentor junior programmers to improve overall shop knowledge and performance 

• Assist other team members in performance of maintenance and/or repairs as appropriate 

• Ability to program 3 and 4 axis CNC mills and lathes with live tooling utilizing ESPRIT TNG 

• Ability to set up, adjust, and edit machines and programs 

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• standing for 8 hours at one time
