The Opportunity As Electrical Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Executives, Clients, and Subcontractors to drive project success while building long‑term client relationships. Projects include Airport and transportation infrastructure Industrial and manufacturing facilities Large‑scale institutional projects Complex electrical construction projects valued at $10M+ What You'll Be Responsible For Managing the complete lifecycle of electrical construction projects Developing and maintaining project schedules Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Managing subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities Leading project meetings and coordinating stakeholders Negotiating and managing change orders Monitoring labor productivity and project performance Supporting field operations and workforce planning Building strong client relationships Ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on schedule. Plays a role in company business strategy development and execution. Manages autonomous individuals, managers and diverse groups giving broader direction.
