Working under general supervision for routine administrative tasks, this job assists employees and managers by addressing questions and contributes to the completion of human resources services administration activities./ph3Key Accountabilities/h3ulliEmployee Support: Assists employees and managers, with guidance, by providing timely and accurate responses to employee questions and inquiries about employee benefits programs and human resources policies, including disability, health and life benefits, paid time off, and retirement plans./liliHR Research: Gathers data to assist in the preparation of reports measuring the effectiveness and quality of human resources services, including metrics related to responses to employee inquiries, and identifies opportunities for enhancing delivery./liliQuality Assurance Continuous Improvement: Assists with projects related to process optimization and standardization, including implementing accountability measures and processes to ensure compliance, and analyzing customer reported issues to determine root causes and propose solutions./liliHR Services Administration: Supports or performs routine data entry into one or more systems and maintains accurate records and reports related to the leave of absence process, time and attendance, including updating and correcting human resources records, benefits and other records on a daily basis./liliProcess Implementation: Assists with the implementation of new hire, termination, and other employee lifecycle related processes, and reports on issues that may impact the implementation./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pMinimum Qualifications/pulliMinimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.
