What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you’ll work closely with individuals in their homes and out in the community, helping them live more independently and achieve their personal goals. To qualify, you should: Be at least 18 years old Be able to complete all required hiring clearances and screenings Have (or be willing to obtain) CPR and First Aid certification Have reliable transportation for getting to assigned cases Bring a positive attitude, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility Experience is a plus, but not required—we provide guidance and support Work Environment & Scheduling You’ll provide support in both residential and community settings, depending on individual needs. Shifts are available during the day, evenings, and weekends to match your availability.
