Product Owner Scrum Master

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Product Owner / Scrum Master will manage product backlog, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end product backlog management, defining and prioritizing user stories and acceptance criteria Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices while removing impediments for the development team Communicate product vision and roadmap while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an Agile environment as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or in a closely related role Experience with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence Strong strategic thinking and servant leadership skills Knowledge of basic SQL queries is a plus
