Inside Account Manager

Our client, located in the Cool Springs part of Franklin, TN is seeking 2-3 Inside Sales Account Managers to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering an hourly pay rate, and with bonus opportunity once the position converts to a permanent employee. This is an on-site, in-office role, Monday – Friday. Duties: Manage and grow a portfolio of small to mid?size customer accounts, including re?engagement of inactive customers, maintaining ongoing purchasing activity, and identifying expansion and cross?sell opportunities across the product portfolio. Serve as the primary customer contact, conducting consistent, high?volume outbound outreach, building relationships with decision?makers, addressing inquiries and issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Collaborate cross?functionally with sales, operations, finance, and customer service teams to support quoting, order follow?up, and account maintenance while accurately documenting activity and opportunities in CRM and ERP systems. Requirements: High school diploma 2–3 years customer-facing experience OR bachelor’s degree B2B experience (inside sales, account management, customer success, or customer service) Comfort with frequent outbound phone engagement Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional conversations Packaging, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment exposure Title: Inside Sales Representative Location: Franklin, TN – 100% in-office Length of role: Temp to hire Pay: $25-$28/hour based on experience Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
