Neonatologists on call 24/7 oNight Shift Core staffing of 2 NICU RNs and 1 NNP on site 24/7. Neonatologist on call 24/7Patient Ratios 3:1 for feeder growers. Vented babies 1:1Types of equipment Giraffe Omnibeds, STAR GE resuscitation for transport, Giraffe with Shuttle transport,EMR CPN and Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year of current NICU RN acute care experience BLS and NRP Level 2 NICU experience Infant resuscitation experience is a requirement of our facility Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.Level 3 and or level 4 experienceExperience with Eat Sleep Console for babies with Neonatal Abstinence SyndromeAdmissions and initial stabilization experience in the delivery room List typical procedures performed on unit(s):Assisting NNP with umbilical line placement, intubation assist, LP assist, circumcision.No surgical procedures Best personality Fit:We are a work family.
