Core Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through dedicated outreach, lead generation, and networking.

- Keep your CRM pipeline organized and updated for maximum efficiency.

Position Details
- Compensation
- Base salary of $65,000 per year plus a commission plan designed to support over $100,000 annually.
- Regional Office Location
- 10250 Alliance Road – Suite 210, Blue Ash, OH 45242

Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years successful B2B sales experience with a true "hunter" mindset and passion for overachievement.
- Sales training certification (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, etc.) is a plus.
- Superior communicator, negotiator, and problem solver with meticulous follow-up.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- CRM systems and Microsoft Office skills required.
- Ready to lift, bend, and walk in the field as needed to succeed.
