We are pre-eminent service providers in the field of staff augmentation, IT Consultancy, Software development, Web Development providing unexcelled services and focusing on both the employers and employees.Job DescriptionMUST HAVE:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or financial related field5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with specific emphasis in business process modeling, data flow analysis, and data conversionKnowledge of the Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR) system including transaction type details and interfacing methodsExperience creating complete functional documentationAbility to analyze and accurately define processes and workflows to design information solutions (including missing or duplicate functionality in existing applications)Ability to work effectively with users and a project team to identify and document requirements for the maintenance, enhancement or development of computer application systems including technical overviews and context diagramsAbility to develop and manage information systems documentation in accordance with the Department's standardsKnowledge of relational database theories and conceptsSkill in testing complex applications and interpreting whether requirements and design were met in the productAbility to plan, organize, coordinate, and prioritize work assignments for him/herself or lower level analystsSkill in accurately estimating time requirements for requirements analysis and computer programming tasks in a computer application maintenance environmentAbility to work effectively with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, and Technical Architects to build efficient, viable solutions in the maintenance of business applications utilizing all established departmental standardsAbility to prepare complex computer program specifications and test plans, and create test databases and test environmentsAbility to interpret and communicate technical information related to computer programming and data processing both verbally and in writingAbility to develop and manage technical documentation in accordance with the Department's standardsAdvanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and VisioExperience working on accounting and financial computing applications and monitoring complex interfaces with external systemsNICE TO HAVE:Qualifications*** Local Candidate Will Be preferred first**Additional InformationBest Regards,Amrit Lal
