About Auto Pro Car Care Auto Pro Car Care is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with customers, you'll thrive in our quality-focused environment. With a manageable daily vehicle count, modern technology, and no weekend hours, you'll have the time and support to provide an outstanding service experience. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming service experience. Create and manage repair orders while accurately documenting customer concerns. Build estimates and clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations. Coordinate repair work with technicians to ensure efficient workflow. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with timely updates. Schedule appointments and help manage daily shop workflow. Deliver exceptional customer service from vehicle check-in through pickup. Qualifications 3-4 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience required. Previous automotive industry experience required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to build trust and confidently present repair recommendations. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Experience using Tekmetric shop management software is a plus.
