CT TechnologistLocation: Richmond, VANumber of Beds: 2 scanners (GE and Phillips)Number of Staff: 7 Full-Time, 3 PRNPatient Ratios: 80-100 scans per dayType of Equipment: GE & PhillipsEMR: Meditech/ GE Centricity PacsJob ResponsibilitiesPerform various CT procedures including Abdomen/Pelvis, biopsies, heads, spines, brains, chest, and CT Angiograms (CTA).Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.Collaborate with medical staff to provide high-quality imaging services.Maintain and operate CT equipment effectively and safely.Document all images and patient information accurately in the electronic medical record.QualificationsRequired Skills:Current CT registry and previous CT experience.Active Virginia State License.Preferred Skills: Experience with GE or Phillips equipment is preferred.Best Personality FitAbility to multitask effectivelyFlexibility in adjusting to changeStrong team player mentalityRequired CertificationsARRT - CT CertificationDress CodeScrub color: NavyWork ScheduleWeekend shifts consist of two 12-hour shifts.24-hour weekend call required.ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience is required.
