Midtown is looking for talented full‑time and part‑time Prep Cooks to enhance our stellar restaurant experience. What You’ll Do Wash, chop, store, and handle ingredients. Prepare raw ingredients for recipes. Quickly and efficiently prepare sauces and garnishes and assist the cook with basic recipes, following established recipes and presentation standards. Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen areas to promote a safe and enjoyable member experience. Assist with periodic catering events. What You Bring Passion for preparing and cooking delicious meals for others. Ability to pass a background check screening. Excellent professional references. Passion for helping others. Display kindness. Bring optimism to work each day. Relentless pride in work and willingness to apply constructive feedback. Understanding of Department of Health sanitary guidelines. Ability to work gracefully and quickly under pressure. Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Bonus Points At least one year of food preparation and cooking experience. Teamwork and collaboration as part of your DNA. Current ServSafe certification (food handler & allergen). Insatiable desire to deliver consistently prepared food & beverages as hospitality.
