Clinical 1:1 PDN Aldan RN/LPN

CareGivers America , a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an RN/LPN responsible for providing high-quality services to our home care private duty clients.

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable LPN or RN to join our family's care team and provide one-on-one nursing support for an 8 year old boy.

This child is a sweet, joyful boy who thrives with consistency, patience, and attentive care. He has complex medical needs and requires skilled nursing support, but most importantly, someone who treats him with kindness, dignity, and respect.

Position Overview

• One-on-one pediatric care in a home setting
• Daytime and/or evening shifts available (schedule can be discussed)
• Calm, supportive family environment

Responsibilities

• Monitoring overall health and safety
• Medication administration and routine treatments
• Seizure awareness and response (training provided if needed)
• Assistance with mobility, positioning, and daily care
• Communicating changes or concerns with parents
• Providing comfort, engagement, and reassurance throughout the day

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license (state-specific)
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Comfortable working with a child with developmental and physical support needs
• Dependable, patient, and attentive
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
