Pet Care Client Experience Specialist
CityVet Support Staff
Ruffit by CityVet Preston Forest is seeking a Client Service Specialist who will be the clinic's first contact with clients, handling check-ins, bookings, and lobby duties to ensure a smooth daily flow.
You will greet clients, communicate appointment details, and support grooming, clinics, walk-ins, technician appointments, boarding and retail services with a friendly, professional approach. Must be at least 18 years old.
