Lessons can be conducted in students’ homes, your own home, your studio, or via webcam. You will manage your own lesson schedule, curriculum, and student retention while we handle advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing so you can focus on teaching. Instructors are independent contractors and will be paid $20–$30 per hour based on experience, education, travel time, and student retention. You have full freedom to set your own schedule and lesson plans. Responsibilities Provide private piano lessons in the students’ homes, your own home, or via webcam. Travel within the Mechanicville area to conduct in-person lessons and meet students at their homes if required. Maintain punctual and professional communication with the office and with students. Keep accurate lesson records, handle scheduling, and ensure a positive learning environment. Follow COVID‑19 safety protocols, including wearing a mask, sanitizing hands, and practicing social distancing when appropriate.
