Hours: Mon-Fri 730a - 330p

Rate: $21.25 - $22.50

Job Duties:

On-site support for individuals working in competitive employment, transitional work, or community volunteer settings.

Ensure implementation of individualized goal plans, document daily progress, maintain adequate and verifiable records, and compile data for progress reports where necessary.

Ensure clients are receiving the opportunity to work independently while having professional supervision for safety and job task support.

Collaborate with families, program specialists, and supports coordinators as requested to gather information needed for job responsibilities, assessments, and evaluations.

Follow and maintain all regulations, policies, and procedures of McGuire Memorial.

Provide hands on support to individuals as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum High school diploma or equivalent

Experience working with individuals with disabilities, with significant experience in the area of implementation and documentation of goal plans and/or in the area of vocational training/job coaching.

Good written and oral communications skills. Computer skills. Excellent organization skills, flexibility and ability to handle multiple projects.

Valid Driver's License

Requirements (all provided by McGuire):

Ability to pass physical and drug screening

Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance

Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check

FBI Federal Criminal History Record (fingerprinting)

TB testing
