Job Description Mold Setup Technician - 1st Shift Pay Rate: $24.24/hour | Weekly Pay First Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Overtime Available Location: Sellersville, PA Growing industrial manufacturer seeking experienced Mold Setup Technicians to join their expanding production team on first shift. If you’re currently working 2nd or 3rd shift and ready for a day schedule, this is your opportunity. You’ll be responsible for preparing and setting up molds for composite component production. This is a hands‑on technical role where precision and attention to detail directly impact production efficiency and product quality. Primary Responsibilities Prepare and set up molds for composite manufacturing processes Clean molds and apply release agents according to specifications Load and position fiberglass and composite materials into molds Monitor production cycles and ensure proper material performance Unload cured components and perform post‑processing work Perform finishing work including sanding, grinding, and burr removal Conduct quality inspections on finished components Operate hand and power tools with precision Work independently and as part of a production team Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment What You Bring Experience as a mold technician, assembler, or in manufacturing environments Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions Comfort using hand and power tools Experience working with plastic, resin, fiberglass, composite materials, or metal Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude Seeking stable, long‑term employment Why You’ll Love Working Here 100% Employer-Paid: Short-term and Long-term disability coverage.
