About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate FP&A to lead the consolidation and ownership of the enterprise financial plan. This pivotal role involves integrating divisional plans into a cohesive corporate model, setting the enterprise KPI framework, and producing institutional-grade financial and management reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the monthly and quarterly reporting packages, as well as the preparation of board and investor materials. A key aspect of the role is to support capital allocation decisions and ensure the FP&A function is scalable and ready for the company's next stage of growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive FP&A/finance experience, with a strong background in financial modeling, analytics, and a proven track record in board and investor reporting. Applicants for the Vice President, Corporate FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a preference for those holding an MBA, CPA, or CFA. The role requires a leader with a strong background in corporate FP&A, including experience in a multi-division or multi-entity company. The candidate should be adept at building and maintaining an integrated three-statement corporate model and have a deep understanding of enterprise KPIs and analytics. Experience in capital-intensive, project, or infrastructure sectors is a plus, as is a background in data and AI fluency. The role demands a strategic thinker who can work in partnership with various financial functions and is capable of leading a team to build a tech and AI-enabled planning function.
