As a Sun Tan City employee, you'll help clients find their glow and grow their confidence! Compensation: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Tasks and responsibilities include monitoring and managing daily operations of the salon, leading by example in all company operations, maintaining a professional and clean salon environment, establishing clear goals and objectives for team members, providing coaching, training, and feedback, generating sales reports, maintaining inventory, assisting with other salon director functions, controlling top line revenue and expenses, maintaining proper staffing levels, working nights and weekends as required, having reliable ability and transportation to go to the bank as needed, and working five days per week, approximately a 40-to-45-hour work schedule depending on hourly or salary status.

Experience required includes management and/or sales experience, basic computer skills, ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices, problem-solving and organizational/planning skills, strong leadership skills, team building skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate.

Physical requirements include ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment, ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes, ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors, and ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
