Facilities/Porter

Pay rate: $18-$22 Role type: non-exempt As a Facilities Porter, you’ll be the hero behind the scenes, keeping our venue safe, spotless, and ready for guests to play and have fun. From making every corner shine to ensuring everything is fresh, clean, and welcoming, your magic touch makes all the difference! Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and landscaping requirements. Clean and sanitize various areas of the venue, including restrooms, dining areas, golf courses, and kitchen spaces. Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste. Maintain all areas in a safe and clean condition by sweeping, mopping, deck brushing, dusting, and pressure washing. Monitor inventory of and replenish supplies. Report any maintenance needs and hazards to a supervisor immediately. Complete maintenance checklists. Assist with storm preparedness and recovery tasks. Remove trash, safely operate a trash compactor, and ensure cleanliness of the trash compactor area. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for guests and employees. Assist with special tasks and projects. Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in a facilities or janitorial role. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Experience safely handling and working with cleaning products and chemicals. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for long periods of time. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs. Ability to operate equipment and tools safely and effectively. Ability to work with cleaning products and chemicals safely and effectively. PopStroke is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
