A restaurant located in The Woodlands, Texas is looking for an experienced Barista with a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a busy hospitality environment.

Job Description

We are seeking a Barista to join our Front of House team. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in preparing high-quality coffee and specialty beverages while delivering attentive and professional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks.

Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.

Follow beverage recipes and presentation standards to maintain consistency and quality.

Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.

Take beverage orders accurately and assist guests with questions about drinks and menu selections.

Maintain knowledge of coffee products, ingredients, preparation methods, and available beverage options.

Keep the barista station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service throughout the shift.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.

Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items or supply needs to management.

Coordinate with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to support smooth restaurant operations.

Maintain speed, accuracy, and attention to detail during high-volume periods.

Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest.

What You Bring / Lo Que Tú Aportas

Previous Barista experience, preferably in a restaurant, café, coffee shop, or high-volume hospitality environment.

Knowledge of espresso-based beverages and coffee preparation techniques.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Friendly, energetic, and professional personality.

Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality and presentation.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

Legal authorization to work in the United States.
