RN Hospice/Home Health

Shift: Monday to Friday ( 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Certification: BLS/CPR (AHA)

PLEASE ENSURE TRAVELERS ARE AWARE THAT THIS IS A HOME HOSPICE ROLE!!!

Traveler shall be using own car to drive from appointment to appointment.

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Hospice experience

· Familiarity with EMR

Active Driver's License

· Understanding of documentation needed for hospice certs.

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· Hospice experience

· Home health experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Assess patient, pain management, education with families

Best personality Fit:

· Hospice experience as a case manager and is self sufficient

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· RN, CPR
