About the Role

The Company is seeking a Lead Credit Officer for Asset Based Lending. The successful candidate will be a key member of the risk management team, responsible for managing a portfolio of ABL clients, monitoring their financial performance, and leading credit relationships. This role involves performing due diligence for various financial products, assigning internal ratings, and making recommendations for risk mitigation. The Lead Credit Officer will also be involved in credit structuring, legal document negotiations, and will be the point person for amendments and waivers. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial banking, credit risk, and portfolio management, with a strong knowledge of asset-based lending financing. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a degree in accounting or finance is preferred. The role demands a professional with a strong understanding of capital markets, financing structures, derivatives, and cash management products. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to think critically and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also a necessary qualification.
