AV Quoting Specialist / Estimator

Location: Hollywood, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented AV Quoting Specialist / Estimator with strong B2B quoting experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience preparing customer quotes and proposals, working with vendors, and using ConnectWise or a similar quoting system. AV, IT, low-voltage, or technology industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate B2B quotes, estimates, and proposals.

• Build and manage quotes using ConnectWise .

• Review project requirements, equipment, materials, and labor costs.

• Obtain pricing and availability from vendors and distributors.

• Work closely with sales and project teams to ensure accurate quotes.

• Revise and update quotes as needed and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Maintain accurate pricing and customer information.

Qualifications

• B2B quoting, estimating, or sales support experience .

• ConnectWise experience strongly preferred.

• AV, IT, or technology industry experience preferred.

• Strong Excel and computer skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organization.

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
