Senior Line Cook
We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Senior Line Cook to join a high-volume corporate dining environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, works well within a team, and takes pride in quality food preparation and presentation.

Schedule & Pay
- MondayThursday only
- AM Shift
- 32 hours per week
- Pay Rate: $21.50/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in assigned kitchen stations
- Follow recipes, food preparation standards, and plating guidelines
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Assist with food prep including cutting, portioning, and ingredient preparation
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and kitchen areas
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all company, client, health, and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of restaurant or line cook experience required
- Experience in high-volume food service or corporate dining environments preferred
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to adapt quickly and support different kitchen needs as required
Requirements
- Valid Food Handler Certification required
- Non-slip shoes required prior to first day
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move kitchen supplies as needed
Preferred Experience
- Corporate dining, hotel, resort, or large-scale food service experience
- Experience with grill, pantry, saut, or made-to-order stations
