INTL - Remote Data Scientist (Customer, Digital & Loyalty) - India

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our client’s team in India. This individual will design and build scalable analytical solutions using statistics, mathematics, machine learning, and advanced AI techniques to drive customer insights, retention, and revenue optimization. Key responsibilities are shown below: Develop data-driven solutions using statistical methods, mathematical modeling, ML/DL, and advanced AI Design experiments (A/B, uplift modeling) and measure impact Translate business problems into scalable data science solutions Work with large-scale customer datasets (transactions, campaigns, behavior) Questions to ask on the front end: System design for ML pipelines (data ingestion → feature engineering → model → scoring) Scalability & performance optimization (Spark tuning, partitioning, caching) Model deployment basics (batch/real-time scoring, APIs) Version control using Git (branching, collaboration) Experience with large-scale data processing We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
