- Inspect molded products for quality and verify specifications using measuring tools.
- Perform light finishing, packaging, palletizing, and shipment preparation tasks.
- Complete production logs, quality documentation, and traceability records accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment while following all PPE and safety requirements.
- Monitor product quality and report defects or process issues to supervisors promptly.
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:- At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or packaging experience preferred
- Injection molding experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and visual SOPs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable standing, walking, and working throughout an 8-12 hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Commitment to workplace safety
