Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in North Fort Myers, FL. In this position, you will respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, provide timely updates, and ensure service requests are resolved accurately and efficiently. You will support clients with product selection, order placement, and issue resolution related to vending, micro markets, and office refreshment services, while maintaining detailed records in the company’s systems. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include monitoring customer satisfaction, coordinating with operations and route teams, and escalating service needs when necessary. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, suggesting process enhancements, and supporting team initiatives that elevate the overall customer experience. Qualifications Strong customer‑facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience, with a focus on building long‑term relationships. Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, including the ability to troubleshoot issues, follow up effectively, and ensure resolution. Professional Phone Etiquette and clear verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work on‑site in North Fort Myers, FL, with reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM or ticketing systems to track customer interactions. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast‑paced environment. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with operations, sales, and route teams.
