Sales Design Consultant

Actively seek out and greet customers in the showroom. Work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. Team up with co-workers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. Work with customers on special orders, returns, or exchanges. Continue learning and staying up-to-date on product features.
