Caregiver / Home Care Aide

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Caregivers / Home Care Aides to join our team to provide dedicated, one-on-one safety oversight and personal care. The primary focus of this position is active monitoring, seizure safety response, and protocol implementation to ensure a safe, supportive living environment. The caregiver will also provide companionship and personal care assistance.

We are recruiting for coverage all 7 days per week. Morning: 9am - 4:30pm. Evening: 4:30pm - 11:30pm

Caregiver Pay Range

$21 - $25 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

· Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

· Provide companionship and emotional support

· Help with light housekeeping and laundry

· Monitor and report changes in clients' well-being or behavior

· Follow care plans and safety protocols

· Assist with medication reminders

· Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments as needed

· Foster independence and promote social interaction

Qualifications

· Previous caregiver experience required

· Must register as a Home Care Aide with CDSS

· 18 years old and a High school diploma or equivalent

· Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required

· Ability to pass a live scan background check and drug screening

· CPR certification

· TB test or chest x-ray

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
