About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Retail Operations to lead and transform its multi-state retail footprint. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational performance, culture, customer experience, and field leadership effectiveness across all store locations. This executive-level role demands a leader with a proven track record in customer-centric, multi-unit retail operations, particularly within the farm and ranch sector. The VP will be tasked with modernizing store operating models, driving operational transformation initiatives, and leveraging data to make informed decisions. A hands-on, customer-centric leadership approach is essential, as is the ability to build trust and alignment through change management and visible, authentic leadership. Candidates for the VP of Retail Operations position at the company should have a strong background in operational and financial management, with experience in managing store-level P&Ls, labor models, and performance scorecards. The role requires a leader with exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, who can influence across functions and align stakeholders. A low-ego, humble leadership style with a commitment to accountability and team development is also a key attribute.
