Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of previous step down experience required License: Iowa State License required Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS Must-Have: Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. First time travelers are welcome to apply. A supervisory reference is required at the time of submission. A complete work history/resume is required. A skills checklist must have been completed within one year of the submission date. License verification is required. Candidates must adhere to floating requirements. This position requires a commitment to quality patient care within a collaborative team environment.
