A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 annually reflects our commitment to attracting top talent in the industry. Responsibilities Develop and manage an innovative beverage program that aligns with the restaurant's concept Supervise and train bar staff to deliver outstanding service Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area Design cocktail menus and create unique drink offerings Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of beverage supplies Monitor sales and develop strategies to increase revenue Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Collaborate with the culinary team to create pairings that enhance the dining experience Requirements Proven experience as a Beverage Director or Bar Manager in a high-end restaurant setting Strong knowledge of beverage trends, cocktails, and spirits Exceptional leadership and team management skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilities Experience in inventory management and cost control Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations Passion for the hospitality industry and dedication to customer satisfaction Knowledge of wine pairing and beverage service best practices is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
