Competitive salary and benefits package. Supportive and collaborative work environment. Job Details Responsibilities: Evaluate and manage pre-litigation cases in the area of Lemon Law. Evaluate statute of limitations for new matters and audit newly signed cases for completeness. Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective strategies. Communicate and negotiate with manufacturers and dealerships. Prepare legal documents, including demand letters and settlement agreements. Provide counsel and support to clients throughout the pre-litigation process. Qualifications: MUST BE ADMITTED TO THE CALIFORNIA STATE BAR. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Ability to handle an aggressive caseload.. Ability to build rapport with clients and defense counsel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Interested in hearing more?
