1st Shift Role Job Description Summary Protect the company’s assets and interests through established security measures. Assets include product, equipment, property, customers and employees. What You’ll Do Act as a first line of defense by actively monitoring alarms, surveillance systems, and security technology to ensure a safe and secure environment. Promptly identify and report any unusual or suspicious activity. Conduct thorough inspections and investigations, documenting findings clearly and accurately to support compliance and continuous improvement. Manage and secure facility access points by verifying credentials such as driver’s licenses, proof of insurance, and bills of lading. Support safe and efficient site operations by directing traffic flow and performing regular foot patrols and facility checks. Help protect product integrity by conducting routine trailer temperature checks. What You Bring to the Role Strong computer proficiency, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite. Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Ability to safely lift a minimum of 40 lbs. (18 kgs.), with potential for heavier lifting depending on the facility. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, to support operational needs Pay Range:$16.97 - $28.65 Why Lineage?
