Job Description

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, encompassing physical assessments and comprehensive medical history reviews
• Assist with the assessment and diagnosis of surgical conditions through the analysis of imaging studies and laboratory data
• Work in tandem with surgeons to devise and implement personalized surgical treatment strategies
• Provide essential intraoperative assistance, including setting up surgical environments, ensuring patient safety, and passing tools during operations
• Administer outstanding pre- and post-operative care, such as medication delivery, wound management, discharge strategies, and patient education

Education

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Preference for candidates with surgical clinical rotations

Certifications

• Current unrestricted PA-C certification
• Mandatory certifications in BLS and ACLS
• State licensure or eligibility as a Physician Assistant
