Azeele St., Tampa, FL 33609 Responsibilities Generate leads every day using proven strategies, no more wondering where your next client is coming from Convert conversations into clients with scripts and systems that actually get results Guide buyers confidently from first call to closing, delivering an experience they'll tell their friends about Win listings and market them powerfully with pricing, presentation, and strategy that sets you apart Negotiate with confidence knowing you have the training and support to protect your clients every step of the way Grow your pipeline through open houses, prospecting, and community connection Stay sharp through consistent coaching, training, and skill practice, because the best agents never stop learning. Qualifications You're not looking for another average team. You've got the drive, the people skills, and the hunger. You just want the right environment to channel it. You're coachable, competitive, and you genuinely love helping people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. You also hold an active Florida Real Estate License and ideally bring 3+ years of experience ready to be supercharged. Also, if you're newly licensed or almost licensed, feel free to apply! A license however is required to join the team. Compensation $60,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly This is a commission based position.
