NOW HIRING: Industrial Process Technician

Location: Conroe, TX
Shift: Day Shift
Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hr (DOE)
Auto Allowance: $150/week

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Industrial Process Technician to support manufacturing operations by maintaining industrial coolant systems, monitoring equipment performance, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring safe, efficient operation of production equipment. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain industrial coolant systems and fluid quality.
• Perform routine inspections of machinery, coolant systems, and equipment.
• Coordinate machine cleanings and preventative maintenance to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain proper coolant concentration, pH levels, and system cleanliness.
• Remove contaminants, tramp oil, and metal chips from coolant systems.
• Complete equipment inspections and maintain accurate service records.
• Dispose of waste materials according to company and environmental guidelines.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and materials.
• Keep work areas, machinery, and equipment clean and organized.
• Identify maintenance concerns and recommend corrective actions.
• Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Attend required safety meetings and training sessions.
• Work scheduled hours and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or equipment maintenance preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to complete electronic reports.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Customer-focused with a professional attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 75 lbs. regularly.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical ability.
• Ability to distinguish colors for testing and inspections.
• Ability to pass vision and hearing evaluations.
